How much is the domestic shipping fee?
Shipping costs are based on weight, and prices are as follows:0-15 lbs (1 bag) = $29.99
15-29 lbs (2 bags) = $59.99
29-43 lbs (3 bags) = $89.99
43+ lbs (4+ bags) = $119.99
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Estimated total shipping time is about 14 days. Upon receipt of your order, every bag is assembled in the United States in our Colorado Springs factory. Please allow 14 days from the time you place your order to the time your order arrives.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking number when your product ships, along with a receipt.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally, but please Contact Us if you have an inquiry about bulk international orders.
I received my order but it is faulty.
Thin Air Gear offers a Lifetime Warranty on all of its products. Our warranty covers workmanship only, and we are not responsible for damage to our products that is outside the normal purview of wear and tear. If you have a warranty claim, please contact Michelle Ward via email at michelle@thinairgear.com. We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product and will either repair or send a replacement product to fulfill the warranty terms.
